Unless you are coming from Bayonne on the Camino Baztanés, you won't be seeing the village of Arre at all. However, the first buildings on the right bank of the Ulzama/Ultzama river are within the administrative boundary of Arre. Take a few more steps, and you're already in Villava/Atarrabia.

The Camino Baztanés (or Camino de Baztán) joins the Camino Francés just before crossing the Puente de la Trinidad bridge over the Ulzama/Ultzama river.
